Here to attend the party's National Executive Committee Meeting, Damania told PTI that, as part of the two-day meet, an elaborate presentation was made about the prospects of the party in Maharashtra in the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.

"We made a presentation on the prospects of the party in (Maharashtra). Apart from Gadchiroli, we have considerable presence in all 33 of the 34 talukas in the state," she said.

AAP has found support among many in the urban areas with people like Meera Sanyal, former chief of Royal Bank of Scotland, India.
