Lok Sabha polls: Supporting BJP, Narendra Modi on black money issue, says Ramdev

FARIDABAD: Yoga guru Ramdev today said he was backing BJP as its prime ministerial nominee Narendra Modi had extended support to issues raised by him including stopping corruption and bringing back black money to India.

During a road show here in support of BJP's candidate from Faridabad constituency Krishnapal Gurjar, Ramdev told reporters that he had been assured by Modi and BJP president Rajnath Singh that black money stashed abroad will be brought back to India when the party comes to power.

People have accepted Modi as the next prime minister of the country and he will get maximum votes in the Lok Sabha elections, he said.

Ramdev further claimed that BJP will win over 300 votes while Congress will only get 50-60 votes.
