Lok Sabha polls: Arun Jaitley takes a dig at Cong's ministers from Punjab
BJP leader Arun Jaitley, who is in the poll fray from Amritsar seat of Punjab, today took a dig at former and incumbent Union ministers from the state.

He was referring to former railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal, former law minister Ashwani Kumar, Union minister Manish Tewari and MoS health Santosh Choudhary.
Referring to a political rally Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today addressed in support of Jaitley at Majitha today, the BJP leader said, "In the rally it was mentioned that Punjab and Chandigarh has given five Union ministers.
"I started counting who these five ministers were. Ashwani Kumar had to resign under dubious circumstances. Pawan Bansal resigned along with Ashwani Kumar under equally shameful circumstances. Manish Tiwari has chosen to keep out of elections due to "medical" reasons. Santosh Choudhary has been denied a party ticket. Not a great showing."
The rally at Majitha was also addressed by Akali Dal leader Bikramjeet Singh Majithia, the brother-in-law of Punjab's Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal and state BJP chief Kamal Sharma.
Jaitley is contesting from Amritsar against Congress candidate and former Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh.
