PM Modi defines 'Chowkidar' as a spirit of trusteeship
Addressing a massive gathering at Talkatora Stadium, Prime Minister Narendra Modi redefined the term 'Chowidar' as a spirit which invokes the concept of trusteeship. Modi said that the concept of Chowkidar is nothing new, as it was demonstrated during India's freedom struggle by Mahatma Gandhi.
