NEW DELHI: Noted jurist Ram Jethmalani today complained in the Supreme Court that there are candidates in the Lok Sabha election who have filed nomination papers without disclosing information in their affidavits about money allegedly stashed away by them in foreign banks.

"Today there are candidates who have filed false affidavits while filing nominations for the Lok Sabha elections. There is no disclosure of accounts in Liechtenstein Bank in Germany," he told a bench headed by Justice H L Dattu, which was hearing the matter of black money.

Jethmalani did not mention names of candidates who concealed in their affidavits the information of holding account in foreign banks.
