Lockdown, Day 56: 100 to 1 lakh in 64 days

Government's stimulus package has failed to impress; with Moody's saying while it would provide some relief, it wasn't enough to solve all that's plaguing the country. This, when India's case count crossed the 1-lakh-mark, taking just two months to do so from the hundredth case, reported in March.

In some good news, a vaccine test in the US has everyone excited, after Moderna's experimental vaccine produced protective antibodies in a small group of healthy volunteers.
