Round 4 of Nirmala Sitharaman's Covid package promised seamless air travel, end of coal monopoly, Make-in-India weapons and an entry for Elon Musk in Isro.

Eight sectors saw reforms in her fourth tranche, part of Modi's Rs 20 lakh crore reboot for a virus-hit economy, on a day when India surpassed China's Coronavirus case score.
