"The LJP candidate from Manipur Karam Shyam has won the election and he will support the BJP. In Manipur, the LJP will support the BJP," the LJP chief tweeted.

Paswan-led LJP is an ally of the BJP.

Of the total 60 seats, the ruling Congress bagged 25 seats and is leading in one constituency in Manipur, which seems to be heading for a hung assembly.
