List of ministers in Narendra Modi's government

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday allocated portfolios to his ministers, putting senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley in charge of the Finance and Defence ministries, while awarding the prestigious External Affairs ministry to another senior leader Sushma Swaraj.

BJP president Rajnath Singh was on the other hand, made the Home Minister, according to a Rashtrapati Bhavan communique.
