Lenders of KFA put Kingfisher House on the block, again
MUMBAI: Lenders of Kingfisher Airlines, seeking to recover dues from the grounded carrier, have once again put Kingfisher House on the block, reducing the reserve price by 10% to attract buyers.

The banks have set a minimum asking price of Rs 135 crore for the property, which is located close to Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. In March, the banks failed to get even a single bid when they attempted to sell the headquarters of the defunct airline at a reserve price of Rs 150 crore.

August 4 is last day for submitting documents for the electronic bids, according to a notice on the website of SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd.

Banks led by SBI have vowed to recover their dues from Vijay Mallya.
