KOZHIKODE: LDF government in Kerala should own total responsibility for steep hike in the prices of essential commodities, Deputy Leader of Opposition, G Karthikeyan said on Tuesday.
The LDF could not escape from the issue by blaming the Centre for the price hike, he said participating in a protest fast organised by the Youth Congress.
Charging the government with failing to initiate urgent steps to check the price rise, he said the people were put to hardship on account of the spiralling prices of essential commodities.
