Six persons died when their houses got buried by a landslide in north China's Shaanxi province, local authorities said.

BEIJING: Six persons died when their houses got buried by a landslide in north China's Shaanxi province, local authorities said.


The loose soil from a hill flattened the houses where nine people were living but three fled and escaped at Chengjiazhuang town of Luliang city, state-run Xinhua news agency said.

Another landslide in the city had killed 19 persons and destroyed a brick factory last month.
