Lalu Prasad Yadav to undergo surgery tomorrow

RJD president Lalu Prasad Yadav will undergo a heart surgery tomorrow, said doctors at the Asian Heart Institute, where he has been admitted for the past two days.

Dr Vijay D Silva, Medical Director of the hospital said that Prasad will undergo Aortic Valve replacement (AVR) and ascending aortic repair. Dr D Silva said, "Laluji has been diagnosed with aortic stenosis and we will be operating on him tomorrow." Doctors said that the procedure will take more than five hours.
