Lalit Modi row: Kirti Azad targets Arun Jaitley

NEW DELHI: BJP Lok Sabha MP and former cricketer Kirti Azad, who had earlier trained his guns on finance minister Arun Jaitley for his reported control of the Delhi & District Cricket Association, opened another front in the Lalit Modi controversy on Sunday demanding that the Enforcement Directorate should investigate Jaitley besides all members of the IPL governing council and BCCI executive council.

In an interview, he also threatened to join the Opposition in the Lok Sabha if it guns for all members of IPL Governing Council. "BCCI is collectively liable for violations. One cannot blame Lalit Modi alone. ED should also probe Arun Jaitley in the Lalit row," Azad has been quoted as saying in the interview.
