BANGALORE: Karnataka chief minister H D Kumaraswamy will be leading an all-party delegation to meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and other Central leaders on August 8 demanding not to yield to Maharashtra's pressure for reopen the border dispute between the two states.

A meeting of leaders of all floor leaders in both houses of Karnataka legislature, held here this evening, reiterated the state's stand on the finality of the Mahajan Commission's report and felt any moves to reopen the border issue would be opening the floodgates of similar disputes in other states as well.

The meeting strongly condemned the attempts by Maharashtra leaders to rake up the border issue every now and then and made it clear that the state would never part with Belgaum and other parts.
