Holi 2024: 'Koi khele rail mein, koi khele jail mein,' sings Manoj Tiwari; here is how political leaders celebrated holi
BJP MP Manoj Tiwari celebrated Holi with his supporters at his residence in Delhi, where he took a swipe at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal with a rendition of the song "Bura na mano Holi hai" (Don't feel bad, it's Holi). Tiwari's celebration included singing, "Koi khele rail mein, koi khele jail mein" (some play in railway, some in jail), which was met with cheers from the crowd.

Tiwari has been critical of Kejriwal, especially after the latter's arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case related to the Delhi excise policy. Tiwari slammed Kejriwal's statement that he would run the government from jail, comparing it to running a gang, not a government.

He accused Kejriwal of looting Delhi, claiming that people in the national capital celebrated with sweets after his arrest. Tiwari emphasized that Kejriwal's government has not worked for Delhi and has only engaged in corruption.

Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate last Thursday and has been remanded to ED custody until March 28, with the agency alleging his involvement as the mastermind behind the alleged scam.
