Kill corrupt people, not cops: Jammu & Kashmir Governor to militants

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik on Sunday reiterated that armed violence cannot bring any solution and militants if they have to should kill corrupt people who have looted Kashmiris instead of killing policemen.

Malik said the situation in Valley is changing and his effort of bringing back Kashmiri pandits are bearing fruit as Hurriyat leaders have agreed upon the same. He was addressing a function in Kargil of ladakh division where he inaugurated Kargil Ladakh Tourism Festival-2019 at Khree Sultan Cho Sports Stadium.

“These boys who have taken up arms are uselessly killing PSOs and SPOs. Kill those who have looted your country and wealth of Kashmir,” he said.
