Kerala floods: Govt mulls interest-free loans for flood victims
Kerala Chief Minister Pinrayi Vijayan says that the state government is going to propose an interest-free loan up to one lakh rupees to flood-affected victims. The money is to be utilized for rebuilding homes and will be given in the names of the female head of the family.
