Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy was hospitalised Monday after he felt uneasinessb and might undergo an angiography.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy was today admitted to a hospital after he felt exhausted and complained of uneasiness, sources said.

He was admitted to the Medical College Hospital at Kottayam and his condition is stated to be stable. However, doctors have advised complete rest for at least a day for him, the CM's Office spokesperson said here.

The 70-year-old Chandy, who was at his home town of Puthuppally in Kottayam district last night, felt uneasiness in the morning and was taken to the hospital, sources said.

Chandy was scheduled to attend a slew of functions at nearby Alappuzha district today.
