According to the complaint lodged with the cyber crime cell, some miscreants first opened a fake twitter account @CMofKarnataka, and posted some tweets.

BENGALURU: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's office has filed a complaint with the cyber crime police requesting action against the fake twitter accounts opened in CM's name.

According to the complaint lodged with the cyber crime cell, some miscreants first opened a fake twitter account @CMofKarnataka, and posted some tweets. After doing the damage, the account was deleted, and another similar fake account was created. The people handling these accounts posted arbitrary tweets in order to create confusion in the minds of public.

The CM's office also enclosed copies of the tweets posted from this handle, and sought immediate action against the people behind these accounts
