Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah seeks cooperation from Modi
BANGALORE: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah today wished Prime Minister-designate Narendra Modi and hoped he would extend cooperation to the welfare schemes initiated by the state government.

"I wish all the best to Modi and expect cooperation from his government at the Centre," he told reporters on the occasion of completing one year in office on May 13 here.

Siddaramaiah, heading the Congress government, said irrespective of party affiliations the union government should work in accordance with the Constitution and respect the federal set up.
