Kalka-Shimla railway track to resume
The traffic on the Kalka-Shimla railway track, which had been lying suspended due to landslides caused by heavy rains since earlier this month, would resume from tomorrow.

CHANDIGARH: The traffic on the Kalka-Shimla railway track, which had been lying suspended due to landslides caused by heavy rains since earlier this month, would resume from tomorrow.
A track has been relaid at Koti, and it would be operational from tomorrow from here, a railway spokesman said today.
He added that all the five UP and Down trains will run as per schedule.
The passengers travelling on the Kalka-Shimla track had to face inconvenience as a number of trains running on the narrow guage track had to be suspended following landslides at two places about two weeks back.
