NEW DELHI: Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi will dedicate his Nobel Peace prize to the nation by presenting his medallion to President Pranab Mukherjee tomorrow.

Satyarthi will call on Mukherjee at the Rashtrapati Bhavan and hand over the medal, which is an 8 carat green gold plated with 24 carat gold and weighing around 175 grams.

He had earlier expressed his desire to offer the medal to the country and not keep it with him.

The child rights activist had received the laurel alongwith Pakistani Malala Yousafzai on December 10 in Oslo.

Satyarthi's NGO Bachpan Bachao Andolan (Save Childhood Movement) prides itself on liberating over 80,000 children from bonded labour in factories and workshops across India.
