K Babu questions Pinarayi Vijayan over Kerala Yatra

KOCHI: Congress leader K Babu, who resigned from the Oommen Chandy Cabinet after the Vigilance Court ordered to register an FIR against him in the barbribery case, has questioned the political decency of CPM politburo member Pinarayi Vijayan in continuing with his Kerala Yatra despite the revival of the SNC Lavalin case.

“I decided to resign to uphold morality in politics,“ K Babu, who held the excise portfolio in the ministry said. Questioning Pinarayi Vijayan's political decency, Babu said that his own decision to quit was taken after reading the media reports of the court order.
