Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta sworn-in as Sikkim Lokayukta Chairperson

GANGTOK: Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta was sworn-in as the Chairperson of 'Lokayukta' in Sikkim.

Justice Sengupta was administered the oath of office at a ceremony held at Raj Bhawan here yesterday by Governor of Sikkim, Shriniwas Patil.

Chief Secretary of Sikkim, R.Ongmu read out the appointment of Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta as the Chairperson, Lukayukta, Sikkim.

Chief Minister Pawan Chamling, Chief Justice Sikkim High Court Justice S.K. Sinha, HC judges Justice S.P. Wangdi, Justice Meenakshi M Rai and host of other dignitaries were present.
