Justice AK Ganguly yet to decide whether to quit as WBHRC chief
Accused by a young woman law intern of sexually harassing her, former judge of SC Justice AK Ganguly declined to say whether he would resign as WBHRC chief.

"I am not saying anything on this now," he said in reply to a question whether he would quit the post, a demand made by Trinamool Congress leaders in the wake of the girl naming him as her tormentor.
"I have not yet decided anything. I have denied the allegations. I am shocked and shattered," Ganguly, who is also the chairman of the West Bengal Human Rights Commission, told PTI when asked about his future course of action.
On whether he would write to the Chief Justice of India to defend himself after a three-judge committee appointed to probe the matter submitted its report, Justice Ganguly said "I do not know about the report and the committee. I have not been told anything."
