JPC on 2G scam to meet in June

The Joint Parliamentary Committee examining the allocation of 2G airwaves is likely to finally meet in June, according to its chairman PC Chacko.

NEW DELHI: The Joint Parliamentary Committee ( JPC) examining the allocation of 2G airwaves is likely to finally meet in June, according to its chairman PC Chacko. The plan is to hold the meeting in June because members are busy with tours of various parliamentary committees, he told reporters.

The JPC was to meet on April 25 to adopt the draft report, but the meeting was postponed following the death of a Lok Sabha member.
