According to police sources, several people have been detained in south Kashmir after technical surveillance and were expecting a breakthrough soon. One of the policemen, who has been found having links with the militants, police said, is ‘spilling the beans.’

The policeman identified as Touseef Ahmad of Pulwama, who was driver of PDP MLA Aijaz Ahmad Mir, who is cooperating with the investigators, is turning out to be the key man in the investigations.

“We would soon come to know who has provided the logical support to militants and SIT will also probe other angles of the attack,” Khan told reporters here.
