Jinnah’s innovator now to do it to Indian Railways
MR Sudheendra Kulkarni, who ended his association with BJP last week, has been made a member of an advisory committee in the railway ministry. He used to laise with the Trinamool Congress when it was part of NDA.

There were speculations that Mr Kulkarni could join the Trinamool Congress. Denying reports that he had joined Ms Mamata Banerjees party, Mr Kulkarni said he has been appointed on a committee in the Ministry of Railways that has been constituted to advise the minister on how to innovatively usher in reforms in the railways.
He ruled out joining the party. I am not joining any political party. I am only a member of this committee headed by Mr Amit Mitra, Mr Kulkarni told reporters. Mr Banerjee had announced in her budget speech in the Lok Sabha last month that a committee comprising experts would be formed to revamp and improve efficiency of the Indian Railways.
Mr Kulkarni had last week ended his active association on the ground that there was no scope for making any meaningful contribution to BJP. I want to have the freedom to express my views and be sincere to my convictions. At the same time, I respect the discipline of the party and, therefore, I have stepped out, he had said while announcing his resignation.
