A Ravindran, Uppalam town secretary of AIADMK told reporters here that the bandh would commence from 6 AM tomorrow in protest against the 'false case' imposed on Jayalalithaa and her 'wrongful imprisonment'.
Four of the five AIADMK legislators, barring legislature party leader P Puroshothaman were present at the press meet.

On September 27, a special court in Bangalore had sentenced Jayalalithaa to four years in prision and slapped a Rs 100 crore fine on her in the Rs 66.65 crore disproportionate assets case.
