Janardhana Reddy's main gate closed permanently

BELLARY: Taken aback by the sudden arrest of G Janardhana Reddy, the Reddy family household have turned to priests and astrologers for solace. Reports say that Janardhana Reddy conducted a homa, with 50 priests who had arrived from Tirupathi, on the day before his arrest, a 'sankalpa' for a supposed new political party that was planned to be floated as a culmination of the Sriramulu resignation episode.

But sadly, the very next day Janardhana Reddy was arrested at his palatial house Kuteera and sent to Chanchalaguda Jail by the CBI.

Since then, the prayers have changed. A team of about 11 priests from Tirupathi, is said to have stayed back in Bellary, conducting regular poojas and homas in Kuteera, praying for an early release of Janardhana's Reddy.

In an interesting development, the main gate of his palatial house 'Kuteera' through which the CBI team entered and arrested Janardhana Reddy, has been closed permanently. The gates have been dismantled and a compound wall has been constructed in its place. It is said that the gate is in the 'agneya' corner of the property, and was said to be a vastu dosha by a vastu consultant, and hence closed permanently.
