Jai Priye Prakash gets additional charge of Secy, Dept of Chemicals

NEW DELHI: Pharmaceuticals Secretary Jai Priye Prakash was today given additional charge of Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals due to superannuation of incumbent Anuj Kumar Bishnoi on Wednesday.

The competent authority has approved assignment of the additional charge to Prakash with effect from June 1, an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) said.

Prakash is a 1982 batch IAS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre.
