J Dey murder case: Bombay HC upholds acquittal of accused Jigna Vohra
Jigna Vora, the lone woman accused in the 2011 murder of a former fellow journalist J Dey, acquitted by a trial court has reasons to continue to be relieved as Bombay high court on Tuesday upheld the acquittal. She had out a free person last May after a special MCOCA trial court pronounced her “acquitted of all charges.’’ She had faced criminal trial for instigating gangster Chhota Rajan to kill Dey.
