It's upon wisdom of CM how to act: Nitish Kumar on Arvind Kejriwal's dharna
"Delhi has a peculiar condition where the state does not have control over police which rests with the central government," Kumar said.

"Delhi has a peculiar condition where the state does not have control over police which rests with the central government," Kumar told reporters after 'Janata Darbar' here.
"In such a special condition it depends on the wisdom of a chief minister how to act or what decision to take ... Kejriwal is competent to take a decision," he said.
Asked if he supported or opposed the dharna of Kejriwal and his ministers, Kumar said, "when I have no reaction to the action of Kejriwal, where comes the question of support or opposition?"
In an unprecedented face-off with the Centre, Kejriwal today began a dharna in the heart of the national capital, calling himself an "anarchist" and asked "honest" Delhi Police officials to take leave and join his protest demanding action against some of their colleagues.
