The meeting, attended by Major Nasir Khan of ISI and Jalaluddin of Hizbul Mujahideen, discussed four optional routes for smuggling in the consignment: Barmer, Punjab, Lolab Valley in Jammu & Kashmir and the international route through Bangladesh.
