Gujarat HC has ordered transfer of probe to SC-appointed SIT.

The Gujarat High Court has ordered transfer of Ishrat Jahan encounter case probe to Supreme Court-appointed Special Investigation Team ( SIT) headed by former CBIdirector R K Raghavan.
The High Court rejected Ishrat's mother Shamima Kausar's plea to transfer the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
