Interim bail of 3 NRHM accused extended till May 9

A special CBI court today extended interim bail of IAS Pradeep Shukla and two others accused in the multi-crore NRHM scam to May 9.

GHAZIABAD: A special CBI court today extended interim bail of IAS Pradeep Shukla and two others accused in the multi-crore NRHM scam to May 9.

Interim bail of Shukla, then managing director of Uttar Pradesh Projects Corporation Limited (UPPCL) Devendra Mohan and then general manager of UPPCL Ravindra Rai was extended.

In a related case, Delhi-based trader Balraj Sahni today deposed before the court.

Former Director General (Health) S P Ram and four other accused were produced in court.

In a third case, former minister Babu Singh Khushwaha, R P Jaiswal and nine others were produced in court today. Next hearing in the case has been fixed for tomorrow.
