Insat 4B and Insat 4CR would allow ISRO to fully meet its commitment for clients' DTH transponder capacity.
On the moon mission, he said work to build the spacecraft was currently on.
Work was also in progress regarding the launch of two commercial satellites, he said.
On EDUSAT, he said it had caught up and several educational institutions were utilising the facility.
Earlier, at the function to launch the interactive VSAT channel of EDUSAT network, he said nearly 10,000 schools had been covered and Haryana had added 9,000 to the list recently.
