NEW DELHI: Despite the poor showing in the recent civic body polls in Haryana, INLD chief Om Prakash Chautala today said his party can stand strong without any alliance.

"INLD as a party can stand strong without any alliance or collaboration," he was quoted as saying in a statement.

Chautala contended that INLD's vote percentage has increased in the recent polls and was considering putting up candidates in urban areas in upcoming polls, an area it had left for ally BJP.
