India, Germany discuss Inter-Government Commission meeting schedule
NEW DELHI: India and Germany today discussed the scheduling of the biennial Inter-Governmental Commission meeting in the second half of 2015 which will be headed by the Indian Prime Minister and the German Chancellor, who is expected to travel to India for the meet.

This was discussed between Foreign Secretary Sujatha Singh and State Secretary in the German Federal Foreign Office Markus Ederer during their annual Foreign Office Consultations.

The primary focus of discussion was the schedule for high level activities during 2015, official sources said, adding, "The two officials discussed efforts to ensure that the approach to be followed would be of outcome based one with tangible and concrete deliverables."

And also with India participating in the Hannover Fair in 2015 as a partner country, the two sides discussed ways and means to ensure successful participation at this important event, the sources said.
