India creating a social welfare state with bureaucratic support: External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar
On Tuesday, April 4, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said a social welfare state is being created in India, which is changing the country's socio-economic landscape. Hailing a current lot of bureaucracy coming in, Jaishankar said he finds that the people making it were far more independent and experienced.
