Immovable property of Titawi sugar mill to be auctioned on February 21

MUZAFFARNAGAR: The immovable property of Titwai sugar mill will be auctioned here on February 21 following their failure to clear dues of sugarcane farmers, district authorities said.

According to Additional District Magistrate, Ram Kishan Sharma, a decision was taken yesterday to auction the property estimated to be worth Rs 170 crores to clear the dues of the farmers.

The authorities fixed February 21 as the auction date for the immovable property which has already been attached, he added.
