Targeting the BJP and centre on demonetisation issue, BSP chief Mayawati said it has become a fashion for the BJP to ignore the problems which people continue to face. She added the Narendra Modi government has ignored the people of Uttar Pradesh during its two-and-a-half tenure. It has now lost its moral right to make new promise particularly before the people of UP, she said in a press release, issued by her party, today.
BJP has already given special focus on Eastern UP in the recent past. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched several rail projects in Ghazipur on November 14. BJP’s national president addressed a rally in Azamgarh today.
