“ Till I get all the information I won’t blame the EVM.”said Pawar while responding to journalist queries on doubts being expressed on the EVM machines. Probed further he said, “ Questions have been raised on EVM before the elections too, however I don’t have authentic information so till I get information on this, I don’t think it is right to speak on any apparatus/organization.”said Sharad Pawar.
Pawar spoke on the Rajasthan election results and said that the Congress was in power in the state and by the result of the polls, it seemed, “The mood of the people was to give power to newer people(a different party).”said the NCP President.
Sharad Pawar added that the results in Telangana where the Congress had come to power trouncing the Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) was not surprising for him. “ We knew from the massive turn out in the Rahul Gandhi rally in Hyderabad that the Congress would come to power.

The NCP President said that the results would not impact the INDIA alliance and the opposition bloc’s agenda would be to give an option to Modi.
