I have never fought case for Reliance: Ravi Shankar Prasad

NEW DELHI: As a well-known lawyer, I have appeared for many corporate houses, individuals, public figures like LK Advani and Ram Lalla in Ayodhya case and also got Lalu Prasad convicted in fodder scam. I have never appeared for Reliance in any court proceeding. Giving advice to corporate houses by eminent lawyers is well-known be it P Chidambaram, Kapil Sibal or Prashant and Shanti Bhushan. The relationship is purely professional. I understand that for sometime Prashant Bhushan was the lawyer of HP government in the Supreme Court when Prem Kumar Dhumal was the chief minister.

He does not become a BJP man, does he? Before I became a minister I terminated all my professional relationships with all my clients and I have stopped my law practice.

No file for any notice to Reliance was suppressed during my tenure and the allegations of AAP are false and mischievous. Appropriate action shall be taken fairly and objectively in the light of the final CAG report.

I have lived my life with integrity and dignity. I am determined to clean the mess in Telecom Ministry.
