I don't agree with calling it 'Mother of All Trade Deals': Ex-FM Yashwant Sinha on India-EU trade deal

Hazaribagh (Jharkhand), January 30, 2026 (ANI): Trinamool Congress leader and former Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha has expressed his disagreement regarding the trade deal between India and the European Union. Speaking about the India-EU trade deal, which has been called the "Mother of all deals," he said, "A trade deal with the US hasn't materialized yet, but at least this deal with the European Union has been finalized. This deal will benefit India. However, I don't agree with calling this deal the 'Mother of all deals'."
