I am a true Tamilian: Rajinikanth on outsider barb
Tamil superstar Rajinikanth today, during the 2nd day of his Fan Meet event, said that his fans made him a true Tamilian where he is being living for last 43 years.
Rajinikanth, speaking at the second day of his Fan Meet event, said, “I lived in Karnataka for 23 years and Tamil Nadu for 43 years, Although I am from Karnataka, you welcomed me, made me true Tamilian.”
The comments set tongues waging about his intentions on joining politics.
However, the superstar has so far not said anything clearly on his political intentions.
"Please don't ask political questions," he said yesterday when reporters asked him about his recent comments on entering politics.
He had said he had no desire to join politics, but if he did, he would show the door to all "money-minded" people.
"My life is in the hands of God. I'm not sure what he has in store for me. But I will always perform the duty that he bestows on me. So, don't feel disappointed if I don't enter politics," he had told his fans here.
