Should you stock up?
Yes and no - buy groceries as usual, but enough to ensure you don’t have to step out everyday. At the same time, do not hoard weeks worth of food, everybody is under a lockdown and will need supplies.

What happens if you break lockdown
You get fined, and probably arrested. Obstructing a public official’s duty will land you in jail for a year or more, false claims - creating a panic, or falsifying sickness - will also cost you a few years and a fine. Stay home, stay safe.
