A division bench comprising chief justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and justice BL Bhat issued the order after hearing a public interest litigation filed by two local cricketers — Abdul Majid Dar and Nisar Ahmad Khan. The J&K police has been investigating the case, which involves alleged embezzlement of Rs 113 crore since 2012, when an FIR was registered against Dr Abdullah and nine office-bearers of JKCA under Sections 406, 168 and 120B of the Ranbir Penal Code.
