Hemant Soren cabinet: Lobin Hembram to be inducted tomorrow

RANCHI: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MLA Lobin Hembram will be sworn in as the 12th minister of the Hemant Soren government tomorrow.

His swearing-in would take place in the Raj Bhavan at 11 AM, Raj Bhavan sources said here today.

The Chief Minister had in May first week dismissed Simon Marandi, who held the rural works portfolio, resulting in the vacancy.

Jharkhand can have a maximum of 12 ministers. JMM General Secretary Vinod Pandey said Hembram is being inducted in the ministry from the JMM quota in the alliance government.
